Double up a drag strap and put it through the clamp on the cable. Put the strap in your outside hand and plant your wrist on top of your head as a pivot point. Step out so the cable is pulling back and do a side bend. 4-6 x 10- 25 These have a completely different feel and are way harder than the banded variation. I’m finding a lot of variations with the drag strap on the cables that I really like.
