Put your hands out side of shoulder width. Pull your shoulder blades down your back. Pull the bar down toward your waist as far as you can without losing tension on your lats. While pulling, keep your arms rigid and don’t let your elbows drop. Think of keeping them above your hands. Keep the tempo slow the majority of the time in these. 3-6 x 10-20
