Make sure your hip pad is high and in the crease of your hip. Don’t let your knee hyper-extend. Put the toe of your off foot on top of the foot plate for a little support if you need it. Keep your chin on your chest and squeeze your glute to raise your body up. Your hip should act like a hinge joint.
