Hands shoulder width. Row the bar up to your stomach hard and fast and try to hold the bar on your stomach while the bar oscillates. It takes a few reps to get the feel of it, as you can see. Keep the bar on your stomach until it stops shaking. Your back will be lit up from these. - - 3-6x6-12
