Sumo Deads - 4x4 RPE 7-8 3x4 RPE 8-9 1x4 RPE 7-8 Pull-ups - x50reps Shrugs - 4x12   This is the first time I've deadlifted for a very long time. Last time I did deads I messed up my back cause I was an idiot. These felt great and went better than I expected. My body weight just keeps creeping up. Not really a good thing!
