In a multi part submission here's' my take on the subject:

1. You take the easy road.

Putz' like to take it easy. They don’t want to be challenged. They would rather take the short cuts, and minimize their responsibilities. Putz' come up with rationalizations as to why they are putzes.

Given enough time, the putz in you will rise to the top of all your activities in life. When that happens, you’re just like all those other worthless sacks of shit, sitting in front of the social media screens, griping about all the world's bullshit. The problem is not what’s on social media. The problem is you: you’re a putz

  Today's Training: Bike: 20 mins Reverse Hyper: 50 reps at 230 lbs Ab Wheel: 50 reps Cable Fly: 2x25x45 Pull a part: 4x50 Dynamic Bench: 10x3 Push ups: three height adjustment...20 reps , 15 reps, 10 reps regression Cable Tricep Push down: 4x25x100 Prowler: 10x40x90 Bike: 28 minutes into the wind...dang that was hard
