(Log number XXII). ________________________________________ This installment of the MONSTER GARAGE GYM/Maroscher Coaching Log features the #4 Ranked Women’s RAW deadlifter at 198LBS, Crystal Tate (485LBS RAW deadlift at 198LBS). The purpose of this log is to show you Crystal’s final training session prior to her meet (2015 UPA Wisconsin Powerlifting Championships). In this training session Crystal takes the weight up to a nice easy 455LB RAW deadlift. Since the RUM meet, Crystal has pulled 500LBS RAW and looking to up her pull in a meet to 500+ and her total to 1200LBS RAW w/wraps.
