TPS-METHOD-Powerlifting 700 x 350 This is the same program my team and online clients are running right now. It’s suitable for Intermediate to Advanced lifters and it is best in the off season. It is typical of my current Method of programming which is a little high in volume. If the volume is higher than you usually use just drop a set off each accessory until you adapt. It also addresses weak points for lifters regardless of where they are through the use of special exercises at different points in the training block. BONUS #1: You’ll work up to a new max on the bench and deadlift. BONUS #2: The program has tons of exercises linked to videos in case you are not sure what they are.
