I had to schedule a bunch of follow up procedures from that time I was sick back in December. Today is my Colonoscopy and with that comes some prep work. You need to fast for 24 hours and take two "prep" bottles of stuff that just makes you GO! It isn't as bad as folks make it out to be. Actually the toughest part is the fasting part when you want to relax and watch a hockey game on T.V. I zero calories I ran and trained regardless. I didn't do too bad either. I think people make more out of stuff than what actually is the case. To which I say..."Giddy Up"   Today's Training: Run: 5K AirDyne: 5 minutes steady state followed by 10x 10/50's   Blast Strap Rows 5x20 super set w/ Push Ups: 5x20   Concept II Rowing: 5 minutes steady state followed by 10x10/50's   Chin Ups: 50 reps super set w/ Dips: 100 reps in as few sets as possible
