If you are in need of some extra leg development or a great way to build your quads without destroying your knees, the Sissy Squat CAN BE a great exercise for you. One of the biggest issues with the Sissy Squat is that it normally takes a special piece of equipment to do them with OR you have to practically be a Yoga Gymnast just do do them (and destroy your knees). This variation only requires your power rack and one long band and you are good to go. No extra space needed in your gym, no extra equipment, AND they are extremely knee friendly! My next step is to add weight!
