Bianca is a great client of mine that I'm very proud of. She always gets in the insane amount of volume that I program for her week in and week out with no complaints! Over the last couple of months we have really dialed in her training and I gave her the green light to pull big if she felt good. She came away with a big PR! P.S. This video nearly broke Facebook when I posted it over there a few weeks ago. A lot of keyboard coaches just love being "that guy". Here is my tip for you, "Don't be THAT GUY". :)
