Only because my Salmon dinner was so EPIC will I share the next tasty morsel. Spray aluminum foil with some Olive Oil Cooking spray, making sure you have enough foil to go under AND over the Halibut. Lightly dust the fish with some real Olive oil. Turn on the BROILER and set the rack down one from the top In a separate bowl, Mix the following: 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup of Kerry Gold Butter (melted) 2 TBL spoons of lemon juice 3 TBL spoons of Real Mayonnaise (none of that substitute bullshit or Kraft) Chop up four garlic gloves and chuck them in Couple dashes of Hot sauce. Tabasco is pretty good. I like to use the "Red Hot" because it has a tangy flavor. Mix that up REAL good. Put it to the side. Broil the fish covered in the aluminum for 8-9 minutes depending on thickness of the fish. Uncover it, and cover the top of the fish with the mixture from the bowl. Lay it on nice and thick. Put back into the over UNCOVERED until the cheese browns up like a Pizza top. Eat it with Asparagus which is cooked on top of the stove in just a bit of Olive Oil.
