I don't know why that sat so well with me...   Today's Training: AirDyne: 25 mins Meridian Exercises Bike Commute: 19 minutes (it was with the wind which is whipping up pretty good) C/S Row: 30 reps @135 lbs in as few sets as possible Lat Pulldown: 30 reps @140 in as few sets as possible Blast Strap Row: 100 reps in as few sets as possible Reverse Grip Barbell Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @75 lbs Barbell Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible #85 lbs DB Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @25 lbs Concentration Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @20 lbs Ab Wheel: 30 reps Bike Commute: 34 mins. (Now into the wind) AirDyne: 20 mins Meridian Exercises
