I have heard so many times that "squats hurt my knees". "I'm a runner, I don't need to do leg exercises". "I messed up my back doing that." or countless other whining ailments. Chances are, that one particular movement didn't create the issue. You were having one anyway, it might have been the last straw to break the camel's back. If that's so, then a movement creating an issue can be cured by another movement. NOT the absence of movement. That's why I say, If it's physical, it's therapy. Laying around nursing and burping an ailment does nothing for the issue.
