I've stuck to the program, for the most part. Slight changes here and there, but the integrity of the plan is still intact. Changes I dropped the Pull-ups with the Trap Bar (not sure if I mentioned this in the last installment). I heard a few guys "complaining" about their hands. I get this during the season. "Missing out" on some back work for the next four weeks is no big deal. I've also given them the option to do Posterior Chain work. Again, not doing hamstring and lower back work (other than Trap Bar) for four weeks is just not a big deal. The most important thing is that the guys feel good and keep some muscle mass on their body.
