As noted in my last post I will begin writing more in my log after we get everyone up and running on the site. Things are progressing well so everyone should be up and posting soon.
Last night was leg day. John Meadows found and purchased some old school squat machine from the 80's and we had it delivered to the weightroom. I had to break it in.BTW: If there is a market for this thing I know about 10 ways to make it 100% better right now. This may be one of those units I help design and take to a whole other level - and then be the only person in the world to have one because there will be no market for it.
This is how my training went down. Seated Leg Curls * 5-6 warm up sets * 4 work sets of 20 with the last one consisting of 80 partials. Leg Press * 6-7 warm up sets of 10 * 4 work sets of 10 (working up each set) * One down set (50% of top set weight) for 100 reps Leg Extensions super set with The Squat Machine *4 rotations after two warm up sets 1. 30 reps of extensions with 20 partials 2. 10 reps of squat machine Hip Abducation * 3 sets 15
Hig Adducation * 3 sets 15 Glute Press * 3 sets 20 Standing Ab Pulldowns * 2 sets 20 Sheena captured this post training moment:
