1. Suspended Good Morning Work up to a heavy set of three - rest 5 minutes and repeat
2. GHR 4 sets of 8 3. Back Raises 2 sets of 50 reps 4. Suspended Knee ups: 4x10 5. Front Plank: 3x 1 minute holds   Really! Have you ever been in a group and look at a person and think to yourself, "wow, this person has it all together." But when they open their mouths, you might get a revision of something someone that you DO know is intelligent from this person as they try to pass it off as their own, OR they are so far off base that you can lob the ball over to pick them off for taking too much of a lead? I get it all of the time. I don't have the heart to call "Bull$hit" , yet they have to know that I know that they are full of it. Right? Have a good Friday everyone.
