This was my last day of training before vacation. Still up in the air on whether or not I'll train in Arkansas beyond working on the farm. Monday Training: Deadlift

  • Trap Bar: 235x5/255x5/275x5
  • Dip Bar Push-ups: 5x10
  • FSL: 5x10@235
  • T-Bar Row: 5x10 w/3 plates
Trap Bar was good. This is the first time I've been able to do sets of 10 with Push-ups since the nerve issue. PROGRESS! FSL sucked. I did it by itself. Took me around 12 minutes. T-Bar didn't feel great. The knot acted up. I spent about 15 minutes stretching and rolling after. Wednesday Training: Squat
  • SSB Box Squat: 200x5/220x5/240x5
  • FBB Bent Row: 5x10@95
  • FSL: 5x10@200
  • KB Row: 2x20 w/50
  • Side Raises: 2x15
Squatting felt great! I'll regret it when I get off the plane tonight, but I committed to this. The FBB Rows felt awesome. Way too light, but I may bring these back until I get sick of them again. I was able to get good extension at the bottom and a really good squeeze at the tip. I actually got a pump from these. FSL sucked, as does it always when doing sets of 10. Didn't time these, but the entire workout took 40 minutes. If I train over vacation I'll update when I get back. If not, I'll be training with Wendler for a week or so over New's Year's. That'll be the next time I train for sure.
