Pretty good day in the weight room today. Nothing was really bothering me. Body felt good. A little tight, but good. The knee is feeling much better. I'll do my split squats on Wednesday and see how it's progressing.

  • Deadlift 3x5@135
  • Ab Rollouts 3x10

  • Deadlift Work 225x5, 275x5, 325x5, 5x5@225
  • Push-ups 4x25
  • Pull-ups 2x10
  • Fat Man Rows 2x20

  • DB Curls 50 reps
  • Side Raises 50 reps
I cut the pull-ups short because my right lat cramped on rep 2 of my 2nd set. It was a solid cramp, too. Hurt like hell. Made my shoulder ache and everything. It's tight today, but I'm fine. Slowly, but surely, I'm getting better conditioned. My back is feeling very good. I did my Pulls off of a 3" block. No pain whatsoever 24 hours later. This tells me the split squat work has been helping my mobility in my hips and lower back. Looking forward to testing my knee again on Friday with some squatting. I imagine it'll be just fine because I was able to hit my planned numbers. I seem to be pretty focused on my plan. I've had no stupid ideas of changing it. I think because it takes me about an hour to get it in and I'm feeling good. If it ain't broke...
