Deadlift: my back didn't feel great so I cut the reps short T-Bar: I used the same weights I used for Deadlift. SO, what looked like 135 (1 plate), 225 (2 plates), etc... You get the idea. I didn't want to think about what I should put on, so this solved that issue. SSB: I want to Squat at some point and not use the box. Not all the time, but I would like to do a few cycles without it. My issue is that my replaced hip doesn't have a full range of motion. It's good, but it's not full. When I get about 2-3" above parallel the left one stop and the right one keeps moving and shifts under and to the left. Obviously, this is not good. I toyed around with some different stance widths and foot positions. Oddly, a close stance with an almost straight ahead toe seemed to get rid of the shift. I'll toy with it a few more times to see if it's something I want to try for a cycle. DB Bench: I used 5's, 7.5's and 10's for 15-30 reps with the Fat Gripz on. I just wanted to see if I could get in a little work to aid in my rehab. I think it will help. Solid start to the week. I leave for Arizona on Thursday so I'll probably just lift twice this week.
