As you may know, we just hosted the 20th Annual RPS Power Challenge a few weeks ago. There was a wide variety of lifters there from the new crowd to long time veterans. Coach Russ “Russtache” Smith just interviewed two of them form completely different perspectives in the sport. Rosty is an Elite ranked lifter, and Eric is pretty new. Both are strong. I also feel they both have some good information to share with you.
