If you listen to everyone or you listen to no one, you'll end up in the same place you already are. I like to seek counsel with those people that have "the fruit on the tree". If you want to be a great bencher, why would you listen to a person coaching the bench press that sucks at it? Same rule applies to being a successful anything. If you want to be GREAT at a trade, why the heck would you seek the wisdom of a person who has failed at it? I have a few people right here on EliteFTS.com that I have conversations with on a regular basis. I'll tell you this...My guys and gals are "Wicked Smaaaat" (Boston accent like Will Hunting)   Today's Training: AirDyne: 24 minutes Meridian Exercises for Sciatica Tempo Arms: Move the weight as slow as possible without it jerking along the range of motion. >8 Reps Go up in weight <6 Reps go down in weight Follow each of the TWO super slow sets with an equal amount of fast reps to pump it out.
