Being honest, I woke up Friday feeling like deep fried death. I did not want to get out of bed, much less get to the gym. My brain is in a constant "fog" making it difficult to really think and concentrate (or care) and the pains in my bones are pretty bad. Being Friday, Weightlifting Day, it is very common for most Weightlifters to take some type of anti-inflammatory before training. I've always like the lightest version of Voltaren possible but a lot of people think a simple Tylenol will more than do the trick...BUT I am not supposed to take anything of the sort anytime around chemo days... Wanting to say home, I reminded myself that my wife wanted to train and only has 4 weeks before Europeans. She needs me to pretend that I am positive, to be training, and to coach her. http://vimeo.com/128477628 I managed to warm up and only prove that today is not my day... My wife sat and crocheted for 2 hours (from 4-6) then walk up to her empty bar and train like a champion...setting Records on both lifts. Then she took off her shoes and was ready to go home. Maybe I need to start my crochet work!
