I start each day in similar fashion. I open my eyes Roll out of bed to me knees Greet my maker Scrape my fangs while reading the "happenings" in the world. I can't remember a time that I felt that everyone around me has surpassed me in their own anger...ALL OF THE TIME! Here's is MY take: Something will happen. It means NOTHING but everyone feels as if that happening is directed towards THEM. Then they make up a story about what it means...(triggers) That story creates THEIR reality and all it's possibilities in THEIR world. And the possibilities of another outcome is now IMPOSSIBLE! I believe if it "means nothing" then continue on and I don't let it bother me. Simple and less stressful. Today's Training: It's POP YOUR HEART Wednesday Prowler: 10x100 yards Concept II Rowing Ergometer: 5 minutes steady 10x20 seconds all out/40 seconds recovery AirDyne: 5 minutes steady state 10x 20 seconds all out/40 second recovery Inverted Versi Climber: 10x25 steps Bike Commute: 17 minutes (with the wind) Sprints: 15x50 yards
