I was asked if I am always "Up" as in a positive person, all of the time? No! I have a few negative thoughts every now and again. I just don't let those thoughts control my entire life. Steady state again Reverse Hyper: 3x10 Foam Roll all over your body smashing soft tissue as best you can. Stretch in weird positions
