There is no 13th Rule. I've been away for the past few days. Had another hockey tournament in SoCal (Southern California) This is the 63rd weekend of this years season. We have one more hockey weekend coming up and then we'll have a three and a half hour off season. (Ridiculous!) Not only did I travel over 1000 miles in four days, I now have to take the Mini Van in for some kind of treatment. The dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree. Pretty! Today's Training: Squat: Work up to 60% doing 6 reps. Once there add chain clusters to each side until that 6 reps gets hard as heck. Then do 3 more sets Sumo Dead Lift: 10x1 Add 10 more pounds to each side over and above last weeks pulls GHR: 4x15
