I have written 100 rules that I have and live by. The people in my gym KNOW by heart "Rule 67" which simply states..."NO COMPLAINING". Often breached and called out to which everyone guilty will tell me, "I'm not complaining" which is bullshit! I don't call it out unless it is in progress. BUT...Don't complain about things you are unwilling to change and I won't have to call it out!   Today's Training: AirDyne: 30 mins Meridian Stretches Bike Commute: 26 mins (I was flying) Prowler: 12x50 yds Rear Delt Destroyer: 1x60-40-20 x 36-24-18 DB LR: 4x15 Plate Front Raise: 4x10 OHP: 4x10 Bouncing KettleBell Shrugs: 4x10x56 Bike Commute: 28 mins Run: Sprint- 5x100 after a nice warm up
