This week I wanted to show something a little different. There is all those little things done during the week from fascial manipulation, satiability work, even the occasional mobility work. It adds up to quite a bit but its quite hard to detail in a training log. After the
Squat Fail I found that I had tweaked both my left shoulder and bicep. With hopefully doing a meet in the near future I wanted to make as much progress on this as possible in the shortest time. I don't expect to be 100% but any step closer I can get the better off I am. So in addition to the shoulderok work I added in a bunch of DNS stabilization drills and a few other moves. Then instead of doing them independently I just worked a sequence that flowed together from one to the next while doing them. As noted in the video, this is in no way meant to be a tutorial. Just going through the motions doesn't yield the results. There are very integral cues, muscles activation, and very specific positions that need to be maintained.
