2/5 Prowler push 2/7 15 min stepmill hard pace 2/4 Activations Reverse hypers 3x12 before training. 2x20 after training Block pulls 405x3 conventional with 2 reps sumox5 sets, 455x3cons,x2 sumox3 sets Light back squat 225x20,275x15 2/6 Couldn't train for a CT scan 2/7 Activations Reverse hypers 3x15 KB two hand swings 6x10, one hand swings 5x10 per arm 2/8 Activations with planks and bird dogs. Sort of stopped doing as many of these and me back got alittle pissy so added them back in. Reverse hypers 3x12 Machine squats with bands 5x3 Sissy squats with giant band around back of knees 5x10 154lb two hand swings 3x3 CT scan went good on Monday. All good with more lymph node reduction and typical radiation leftovers. Still want me on every 4 mores but the CT is alot better then the PET. Fiddling with some thoughts on percentage based KBs mixed with technical squat and dead work to see what happens. Not looking for astronomical gains but some easier on the joints training as I tend to pop shit loose pretty quickly. I have a general outline in my head but nothing formal yet. It would involve alot of double swings, snatch work and get ups. Sorta enjoying the swings again. Getting some snap back in my legs. The get ups to increase my shitty shoulder stability right now.
