Every morning I wake up and have BLISTERING ideas as what to get done in a day, based on where we are in our yearly plan. I knew we needed to do some Banded Dynamic Bench. Warming up with a 100 dips and 100 push ups we slammed through 10 sets of three using 40% bar weight and doubled mini bands. Well, since we started with the dip and push ups might as well end with them too. So another 100 each. Quite the PUMP! For the chest "cake icing" we also did 5 sets of 10 reps of chain fly's. Since the bands were out, I thought a tug against them when doing the Ab wheel would be a GREAT idea. The need for a strong core.. Yea, I hate calling it that, so now I've opted for "Combat Chassis". It has a better ring, and when asked, I don't have to go into the seminar about how the Core is MORE than just abs. Depending on which side of the fence you stand...I thought THEY were AWESOME. 3 sets of 10 reps with the bands pulling the wheel away from you as they were fixed to the EliteFTS 3x3 rack. 5 sets of 10 suspended knees to elbows finished the resistance portion of the session Finishing with a Prowler desert of 8 sets of 40 yard sprints being the three pronged chariot squared us away.

Pull up totals=1904

Push Up totals=2481

Dip Totals-3683

Prowler Totals: 9960 yards
