Kept it extra simple today. I'll most likely do all rows with my bench day. We'll see how the spirit moves me when that day rolls around. I've noticed my appetite is up since I started training on the clock, thus picking up my pace. Upper body-wise I feel the same as the previous cycle. This makes sense because I was doing 5 sets of 8. Lower body-wise I feel it! The doubled volume (which still isn't really much at all) has my legs and back constantly tight. What's great is when I stretch it makes me hurt more, so I have that to look forward to.
