I've worked my tail off to make this day perfect and I showed up with a plan in progress with an itch to go a little above and beyond. I can say that I gave it all that I safely could. I really REALLY needed this day to go good and to go big as this is as much of a mental issue as it is a strength issue right now. I'm constantly getting over mental barriers and my technique has changed so much over the last year to accommodate my injury issues. It was HOT outside so I was glad that I didn't get there till a little before the sun went down.
