Be on time. Which for me is being five minutes early Make an effort that is worthy! Not some half ass attempt at nudging the project Have some energy. Honest to goodness energy not some store fucking bought amp drink Have a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) Everyone is so negative stink'n think'n that a person that is a bit optimistic seems like a weirdo. I like being a weirdo.   Have passion. Be "All in" as Clint Darden has been heard to battle cry!s Have good body language. I tell people to sit and stand like an exclamation mark and not a question mark. Be coachable. Shut up, listen and then apply what is told to you by someone who has the fruit on the tree. I refuse to answer a question when the person asking won't shut the fuck up! Do 10% more than what is being asked to be done. (Trust me ...see above) Apply the "Seven P's of Success"...Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Have a STRONG work ethic. Work your ass off harder than anyone else. I like to tell people that they will have to kill me in order for me to stop!   Today's Training: Run: 3.1 miles Walk: 1 mile (all the sprinklers were on in the park) Bike Commute: 20 minutes without killing anyone Bench: 10x5x205 (I had a pec cramp in set two.) Incline DB Fly: 5x10 Push up: 200 reps Negative Chins: 3x3 DB Row: 5x10 Pullover: 5x10
