I read the future of strength training is going to be

wearable technology.

  I guessing this will tell me:

* If I feel my heartbeat pounding though my chest I should back it off

* If I puke I did too much

* If I feel like shit going into the gym my training state may not be optimal

* If I feel great going in the gym my training state is more optimal

*If I feel beat down and am not recovering normal I should reevaluate my training, diet or sleep.

* If I miss a rep I wasn't strong enough that day.

* If I PR than I was strong enough that day.

* If I try to lift a weight fast and the tempo doesn't increase then the weight is too heavy.

I can't wait for the future! ‪#‎R2D2‬ training
