They can't all be great. Not only was there nothing much to write home about this week but my only real good workout came following a day I completely bagged it. It is rare this happens... like maybe years or decades between instances, but My head was playing games with me this week. And it was winning. On Tuesday I just gave up in my warmups and quite, coming back to het a pretty good front squat session the next day. I discuss some of this in the following video.
