I wasn't a 100% last night and I thought I might be coming down with something that was less than bitch'n. Sitting around 101 degrees taken with one of those Dr. McCoy thermometers yet chilled even after a hot tub and hot shower, I felt achey and breaky while trying to drift off into slumber. Waking up, April told me to stay home and that she would write the workout up....yea right! What most people don't realize is the organization and administration of the gym with limited assets and a bunch of hungry athletes wanting to claim there own space. So I went in regardless. Actually, I was feeling much better so there was no sign of me infecting anyone. Here's what we did: Leg Swing x 20 Leg Abduction Swing x 20 Knee Circles both clockwise and counter clockwise x 10 each way Suspended Knees to Elbow: 3x12 Prone Scorpion x 10 2 Arm/One Leg REACH: 2x12 Back Extension: 3x10 GHR: 3x10 Prowler: 10x40 yards Power Skips: 6x10 yards Sprint: 6x10 yards @80% Shuttle Sprint: 20 yard and back/40 yard and back=1 rep @80% x 4   What I did... I wrote the workout on the board and split the groups up so they wouldn't run into each other. Made a few sarcastic remarks Gave my patented "LOOK" at everyone Drove the car Let my body take a day to make SURE I wasn't fooling myself.
