Cardio this week, Sunday 45 mins, 30 mins Monday , Wed 30 mins stepmill Tuesday Upper Back work- Pulldowns with swiss bar 10x10 Bench press-225x10x10 Moved from pinkey to index each set Push ups of Swiss bar 25 each gripx3 rounds Curls with swiss bar 2x50 Thursday Leg press 10 x8 Coan/Coleman Dead row x10 reps to 315, 365x5   That is all so far. Gonna to some upper with lower on Saturday morning. Had some good massage and energy work Thursday so wanted to let thatsettle in before I commence to trashing it again   Spud
