Been travelling a lot and training, I am figuring out my next goal by Oct 1st so now not really training but working out daily, I will post regularly once I decide, I am leaning towards body far reduction Here was todays session Sled Drags Backwards 40 yards 10 sets 1 minute rest these were killer by set 6 Leg Curl Cluster Set 10 sets of 3 15 sec break 4 sets of neck work
