Training since getting back has toned down a bit. I've had two good bench workouts on Mondays since that time. Nothing spectacular, just basic workouts to stay in the flow. I did front squats a couple of times but no back squats.

Last night's workout (Wednesday, October 15) was deadlifts. I pulled off 5-inch blocks. I worked up to a moderate single, not really that heavy didn't really push it. Block pull (5-inch) GHR 3x10 Shrugs 3x15 Bent over barbell rows 3x10 That was it. Now a brief description of my hip. As of recently, I've been told what I need to have done. I knew this was coming, I just didn't know that it would be sooner than expected. Sometimes the pain has been intolerable, other times a moderate pain. It's definitely a big factor in sleep, training and everyday life. I had planned to go to Raw Unity (RUM). If surgery is planned before then, which it should be, I won't be going. If surgery is afterward, then it may still happen. I will update when I have more information.
