Monday this was phenomenal workout I felt freaking bullet proof, I worked out insane one of my closest childhood friends died and working out very hard makes me feel better! Step ups with trap bar on to 4 inch platform (heavy was lame) choice but great work was at a different gym and did not want to wait for squat rack to open x 4 sets Deadlift Hypers 3 sets of 6 Seated Rows 10 sets off 5 20 sec break Step ups 2 minutes straight on a 20 inch platform with 225! Loved these Tuesday--elbow rehab work which was heavy banded benches and triceps work, I can touch my chest no prob now which is excited now working grip in Rob Hall Off-season Work here
