So here was todays training session, will update about meets and what not later this week 8 x 8 with 30 sec break unless otherwise notes Circuit box jump--5 med ball slams, walk 10 yard repeat (8 minutes) Dips Lat Pulldowns Crucifix style Sandbag carry x 8 sets (8 steps this thing is freaking heavy) Face pulls   AWESOME SESSION!
