Last few Days Saturday 5 100 yard Tempo runs in 18 seconds resting 45 seconds with a 20 pound weighted vest Lateral Hurdle Jump---Husafelt Carry 10 yards--3 hurdle jumps, walk 30 yards SLOW repeat, did this for 15 minutes   Today Walk 35 minutes with 80 pound weighted vest, pace was [pretty slow walked around a lake with my 4 year old, fun stuff Tomorrow Upper body pump training Johnnie Jackson--705 or bust!
