  • FBB Press: 6x5 (supposed to be 10x5)
  • Pull-ups: 6x5
  • Various Ab Work: 6x10-20
I was supposed to do 10x5 on the last circuit but I had a teaching day with volleyball and women's basketball freshmen. They showed up early so I cut my work short. Makes no difference. I did the important stuff. I'll make up for it today with some conditioning, push-ups and pull-ups.
