6:00am- Static Stretching McGill Big 3 Push Ups Recumbent Bike: 20 minutes 6:00pm- Machine BP: 4x10 Machine Military: 4x10 Pushdowns: 4x12 Walk Outside: 2.5 miles I have not eaten well this week. I need to get back into the swing of things. Work has been very busy, so I find myself scrambling to keep up with my personal stuff. I'm getting everything in, but I need to get my eating back on target. I do have a 3 day weekend coming up and hopefully I can get up around the house.
