Wed 45 mins stepmill Friday AM Upper Neutral grip pulldowns 10x10 Dumbbell press worked up to 100lbx10x3 sets Push ups off handles with green band 10x3 sets Rope face pulls 20x3 sets V grip pushdowns 20x 3 sets Caught some bug for a couple of days so no training on tues, wed or thur.
