always say that you never know who will walk through the doors here or what kind of cool shit you'll see. Today was no exception.

I walked out of my office into the state of the art TPSMethod.com production studio (the gym) and saw Matt, Jeff Bramhall and the thick necked ginger, Sam Brown who I've never met with a full video shoot set up.

Jeff is the C.O.O of RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset) and Sam is the owner of Sam Brown Strength in Rhode Island and an Elitefts columnist.   I own the place and I didn't even know this was going on! I decided to interview Sam and Jeff about the project and it is below for you to watch.   I hope you have as much fun watching it as we did making it.   And yes there was whiskey.     Oh and one more thing.
