My knee is feeling pretty well. I have such superior genetics and I heal faster than normal people. For shits and giggles, I'm going to write this out how I did it so you can see exactly what I mean when I post the other way I write it. I don't know why I'm thinking about this.

52 minutes. I have a group of 5 football players who lift when I do because they have class conflicts. I like this because they keep me on pace. They have an hour to get their work done (previous post). I explain their day and get them warmed up then I start. My personal rule is to finish before them so I can run them through abs and stretch. On top of that, 2 of them remind me to keep working when I stop and take a break. Can't let them see I'm tired.
