Got in a very good one. So good I'm feeling like I've contracted Training Polio.

  • Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 5x5@225
  • Pull-ups 5x5

  • FBB Press 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 5x5@100
  • Pull-ups 5x5

  • Push-ups 50
  • Split Squat 25 each leg
  • Fat Man Rows 50

  • FBB Curls 50
  • Side Raises 30
Everything felt good during the session. I knew I'd feel like death today by the way I felt yesterday. Hamstrings, neck, low back, left shoulder... Awesome! I don't mind it because it tells me I did solid work. I also noticed that my bodyweight circuit is getting easier. It still knocks the wind out of me, but I recover much quicker and I don't get light headed anymore. All in all, I'm progressing nicely. I don't think I'll pull from the floor too often, but I will definitely use it hear and there. It's a little tough on my back. The mobility in my repaired hip is getting better, but it's still not there. I'll hammer out training this weekend and next week. I leave for vacation on the 20th. In Arkansas I'll shoot for two days in the weight room. Until then, I'll keep getting myself back on track.
