The biggest thing that I need right now is a technical plan in the 70-90 KG range (80%) and to slowly increase my 80%...but that is BORING!!! Muscle Snatch into Snatch Complex up to 90 KG Snatch to 100 KG Snatch Pull 100 x 3 x 3 Cleans I did a lot of work with 55 kg before moving to a few set and reps with 75. Most I've done in months.
