YouTube and Instagram still seem to be the place where people like to ask me questions and every once in a while I enjoy sitting down and shouting off a few answers. Now and again one of them actually makes a little sense! My Deadlift Program is a 12 week program based on me getting stronger SAFELY! Remember, I tore my hamstring in June and it turned out it was in a horrible spot to tear (is there a good spot?) and it has made deadlifting very uncomfortable. With no contest actually in sight, I'm doing my best to think long-term and to stick with my 12 week training blocks.
